Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices and promotions may change without notice. We accept major credit cards and purchase orders from approved business accounts.

Shipping

Orders placed by 2:00 PM PST (Monday–Friday) are eligible for same-day shipping. Free shipping applies to qualifying orders of $500 or more. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy on most items in unused condition. Contact our support team to initiate a return.

Lifetime Warranty

National Cable Supply provides a lifetime warranty on cables and adapters against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modification.

Limitation of Liability

National Cable Supply is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
